Vivek is a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practitioner and CNVC Certification candidate. He has a PG degree in Social Work from BHU and at present he is working in AIIMS, New Delhi as Medical Social Service Officer. He has been facilitating training sessions for youth and youth workers since 2008 and he is also a founder member of Kutumb NGO working for children at risk in Varanasi.
Vivek has attended four International NVC workshops in Germany and he has been sharing it in the form of Compassionate Communication workshops for various groups since 2011.
